Cold feet

What to do with cold feet?

If you often have cold feet and it is bothering you, you may want to try some of the following tips:

  • drink lots of warm/ hot water with ginger;
  • use spices in your food;
  • wash your feet with cold water for a better blood circulation;
  • massage your feet at least once or twice per week;
  • massage your feet with hot sesame oil and mustard oil;
  • use cotton and wool socks instead of synthetic materials;
  • wear leather shoes, rather than the synthetic ones;
  • in the spring and summer try to walk with bare feet in nature as much as possible;
  • go for long walks and running;
  • take a warm foot bath at least once a week;
